Delicious. Easy drinking, but well made, well structured and great value. Nice creamy mouthfeel, weight and acidity, quite dry but not austere. Unsure what variety but likely Cabernet Franc.

Im a firm believer that bubbles are for all year round consumption, not just for occasions. I received this sample of rosé bubbles which hails from the French sub-region of Anjou in the Loire Valley Wine Region to help ‘wine down to Christmas’. It’s available at Dan Murphy’s and BWS for $16.

It’s so incredibly easy to drink! It’s gorgeous on the eye with its pale peach colour and bouquet of canned peaches, vanilla, bread and a twist of orange 🍊. In the mouth it has subtle flavours of fresh cherries, raspberries and strawberries and an extremely soft mouthfeel. It’s not overly bubbly which means consuming a lot in one go is pretty darn easy!

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #sample #tcweekdaywine
