What a great bottle! This was apparently some sort of experiment as it aged for a year and a half on the lees. It has that creamy quality but a bright and refreshing acidity that really balances the wine well. Wonderful floral smells and flavors of peach, honey, and ginger. Strong minerality. Liquid gold.
