Romane Machotte Gigondas Red Rhone Blend

Savory, stewy, gripping. Lots of red fruit, acid and tannin. Very young still at this point. 80% Grenache 20% Syrah. Nicely done.

Not bad. A bit rustic. But I like that.

Mmm. A lovely medium bodied rhone with great spice and fresh cut herbs. A nice earthiness and a hint of cured meat.

After decanting and breathing for a while...got better. Decent table wine for steak or chicken.

Classic and well balanced. A baby with lots of potential.

80:20 Grenache/Syrah. Subtle character with chewy tannins.
