Sep 6th, 2019Deep dark color. Spicy, and herby on the nose and palate. Just a touch of oak. Very little sweetness, which I don't mind. I can tell this is a Sonoma Cab and not a Napa Cab. Let it open up and breathe for an hour, it will get better.

Pleasantly surprised that this has no sweetness like some other California cabs in this price range. Fresh picked strawberries, soy sauce and dried fruit on the finish.
