This is a nice little Sicilian table wine, very fruity,, no back-taste. Well worth the price under $10. This is a nero d'avola plus without the bite and grittiness of some inexpensive Sicilian wines. Goes great with pizza, caponetta and other veggie Sicilian dishes. Very much a friends and good food over a humble table sort of red wine, the kind of table wine that may not have a lot of respect but I find pleasant.
