Last Wednesday we were celebrating the holiday that is also my daughter's birthday, with this Chianti, we pair it with spaghetti in a bolognesa sauce, delicious! Second course, tomato and lettuce salad, why first the pasta? My Grandma (Nonna) at family lunches on Sundays told us: "pasta allways is eaten hot" so first the pasta, the dessert: cheese table with sliced of green apple, wine & food excellent!
