This is not trying to be piedmont. Lighter bodied with big tannin, a lot of fruit fresh and red fruit but also some jam. The flowers and herbs really show mid palate to super long tannin that then ends in strawberries and tart cherries that make you want another sip. This was so good with food. Not like other Nebbiolo from CA. I like that this is just good wine.
