Cabernet Sauvignon

Lots of warm red fruit in the nose. Very fruit forward even after a few years in the cellar. Lots of red/black plum with a hint of smoke. A little sweet for me...

Definitely like the syrah cab blend more. I think the syrah in the blend must add the french barrel flavor I love.

Pretty darn smooth and heavenly.

Color is deep purple, almost black. Nose is strong with lots of black cherry. Rich, sweet, blackberry and black cherry. Lots of sweet raisin.

Earthy but smooth finish with a fruity nose
