CVed 10/2/19 prior to NC trip. Funky barnyard note that didn't completely blow off but added distinctive rustic note to the dark cherry Forest floor aromatics. Lively texture and good finish. Very intriguing. Library release 2016 from JR $40. Good value.

Delicious wine that paired so, so well with our pizza. Red brick, a little organ he toward rim. Ripe red fruits, dank cellar, some oak on nose. Palette has amazing thicker mouthfeel who's weight is balanced by stewed cherries, blackberries, and oak. An absolute treat!
