This is wacky. So young looking and tasting. We thought it was fake. Probably just late disgorged and low dosage. Incredible with air. White chocolate and flowers.

A lovely vegetal quality of fresh tomato vine with hints of celery seed bring brightness, still incredibly light in color,, outstanding and interesting. Disgorged in 2007.
