Rich but light bodied, tart juicy fruit. Beautiful deep violet color. Super glug. Just picked this up from Fifi's ;)

Once the fruit and lift starts to calm down in the slightest which does not happen quickly to be sure you will smell that Sheetrock mud and silicon caulk and you will know that ‘Clos’ Domitia is a historically gifted site and that this bottle parading around the natural wine scene as a good value is a sign of the times. Truly special juice. Excited to see a couple cases of this sail on slowly through my dinner tables through the next decade.

We don't always drink red, but when we do, it's got to taste full without being heavy. Big enough to drink with Latin food but just fine for fish. Only caveat? This guy's gotta breathe.
