Pacalet Nuits Saint Georges 2008. Much better than 2007, deep, elegant, complex, mineral and well balanced. Great wine.

Lovely wine, full of personality and charm. A good, hearty structure is intricately woven into a richer fabric of fruit expression. This is a wine that makes you want to guzzle and order more.
