Top Notes For
Subhojit Chakladar

Quite tight in the beginning. Started to open up after at least 40mins of decanting. Earthy, licorice, tobacco, toasted nutty and floral notes on the nose. After about an hour had hints of dried or preserved fruits including plum. Quite acidic on the palate and still quite tannic. Medium length finish.
Good for pairing with a multi course meal

In a great drinking window where the fruit is developing but with still enough grippy tannins to compliment to fat of the roast duck we had.
