2008 Vntg, 03/18 disg, 6.5g/l dosage. Yum. Sweet apple, bread dough, vanilla...soft tarte tatin with bubbles..sweet lime. On the palate: good acidity, lemon, lovely mousse. Well-balanced, ok density. Ok finish
