There are hints of caramel and almond on the finish that will surely intensify with a few years in bottle, there should be a great evolution to this vintage. I truly love and crave wines from Saint-Aubin by top tier producers. The sense of delicacy combined with searing acid and mineral texture is a food-pairing dream. I'm absolutely loving the powerful and graceful floral element of this wine. Lean texture and bright flavors were a delightful pairing with crab cakes and remoulade.
