Philippe has only been making wine since 2015, but this feral, hazy Muscadet shows a level of restraint and civility that often comes later in a winemaker’s arc. A blend of Melon from 5 hectares, he uses a screw press and zero S02. Its A riper voluptuous Muscadet with plenty of concentration and acid. Yeasty lemons and white flowers, flavors of white peach and apricot in a saline bath.
