Pet Nat! "So much the better", very carbonated rose some residual sugar but drinks dry in the finish. Rose hips, cranberry and yeasty funky nose. Phenomenal.

Strawberries, bread, bubbles, and with this little alcohol, I could drink this all night in the summer. Though it's a little fatiguing without the right food.
