Weird and barnyard-y!

A Trousseau cuvée that was made for cellaring. Deep colour, dark notes on the palate (like liquorice). No easy drinker. Finished the bottle in one go though. Maybe a little decant could have worked to make things easier? Anyway, I like his light and vibrant (younger) wines better.

Light, fresh red fruit and flowers. Great accompaniment for a lighter meal.

Super silky texture...just funky enough. Delicious.

Extremely smelly and funky in a good way. Also a very nutty aftertaste to me.
