Bright red fruits at the front that still a boast satisfyingly fresh tartness given its age. 15 or so minutes in the glass will see some of that acidity round out to a softer expression of morello cherry, cassis and just enough musty spice to remind you of the natural production methods used by Mr. Bornard. A true joy.
