Blind Napa 14 tasting, 1st flight. Maybe the most forward young Togni I have tried- layered with plenty of nuance. Would like to revisit the Dominus- as this was not a good showing and may have been an off bottle

Michael Jordan at his peak. Purebred. Only sorry I didn’t call and have it decanted 12 hours ago. Smooth and effortless. Balanced palate and appropriate fruit. Got better by the minute

2005. Bold plum jam probably not one of their best years but still an amazing California wine

Blind, you wouldn't guess California. 1992

Brilliant wine! Dark fruity notes with slight smoky/oak flavor. Beautiful wine to drink with a loved one.

Decanted the wine for over an hour and expected more from it. Good fruit but very weak on the finish. Perhaps it will get better with age.

'97 Togni Napa Cab was as good inside the bottle as it was ugly on the outside from humid storage. Cedary dark cherry with more facets than a well-cut diamond. Powerful at its core, this baby could go for another decade, with fresh layers of blue and red fruit, leather and smoke.
