Floral and citrus on the nose, very acidic on the palate. Lemon and honeysuckle flavors, perfumed bouquet, medium finish with a light body. Paired perfectly with the cilantro pesto I made from scratch, pasta and shrimp. It cut the acidity and brought out more floral and violet in flavor. My first Torrontés and it reminded me of a Moscato without the sweetness and residual sugar.
