Barnyard, bacon/beef fat, anise, savory nose. Tannins are big but not overwhelming. Flavors are umami, plums, black fruit. Finish has a leather/woody/masculine feel.

Hello Brett. Black cherry and blackberry wet clay wrapped in bay leaves and sage. Mild acid and tannin. Thin body and short finish. Worth the exploratory experience.
