Apple, peach, straw and honeydew on the nose. A mouthwatering complexity on the palate, driven by a persistent acidity that is nonetheless never overwhelming. I get lemon rind, bitter herbs, unripe peach, and almost a medicinal, echinacea-like finish. Pleasingly unique.
