It pours an almost deep amber color with signs of sediment. This is a herbaceous, savory wine with a bouquet of dried flowers, pipe tobacco, Fig Newtons, roasted beef, salmiakki, and old wood. Long and velvety, I can only imagine how impressive these wines are in strong vintages. Drink now.
