This is THE Sidra. Perfectly bitter and salty. Pairing with a 5 course basque cuisine. Having more of this straight from the barrel... unreal.

Basque sidra straight from the Sidra house. This is one of the most popular sidra (and one of my favs) producers in Donostia.
Salty,effervescent, brined apple, mossy, tart with high acidity and pepper like finish. Delicious and perfect for warmer weather or bbq.
