Big, expressive nose, roasted notes but still fresh, charcoal, gamey, meaty, olivey, ripe, spices, really not subtle and very exuberant aromas. Palate is juicy, concentrated and complex. Structured, sappy and deep. Long, finesse and linear. Best of these yet. Seems they look a leap between 12/13 and 17. 9.2 for now. Air will help. I’ll be back.
