Another great last minute gathering at the storage facility!

How good is this SB?! Loads of honeysuckle, citrus dominated front and mid palate. Lemon and honeyed hot tea on the nose. Awesome acidity.

Crisp clean with loads of guava, tangerine and other tropical fruits. From the opening this 2012 Sauv Blanc from Peter Michael Impresses! On back of bottle there ID: 319E-76A1, certifies this to be a true Peter Michael wine. After 20 minutes opening it brings out the creamy texture in a Great SB. Very Impressive!! CB 97+! Bravo

This might be my favorite SB right now or I just really needed a glass of wine! ;0). Sauvignon Blanc - Semillion blend, straight up Wht BDX from Knights Valley. High alcohol but yet still very valences will a great mouth feel. Round but still crisp, with numerous layers and great complexity. Yellow and gr

Not the best vintage. This wine usually touches me in all of the right places--this vintage mostly kept hands to itself

Served alongside a 2016 Apre. It was very interesting to compare and contrast. Whereas the 2016 appeared to have more of a brighter lemon zest and linestone sort of grip, this one definitely seemed to have less of that bright acidity and more of the rounded edges and some of the kiwi and mango notes. This one seems to finish with a hint of nutty character. Good acidity that wasn't as bracing, but still made you want to keep pouring! This one would go well with a ponchartrain style fish, as long as the heat was held in check. Really nice wine that I am glad I had a chance to try!

This one is always a head scratcher. Very unique bottle of Sauvignon blanc. Rich and lemony, and minerally, but also has richness and almond vanilla character. I will have to buy some of this young and try it out.
