A lovely example. Light in colour and clean in taste with a touch of sweetness and a searing edge on finish.
Bit of grapefruit and apple on the edge but not too sour to make a ultra dry finish.

Minerals off the charts. Slightly sweeter than your run of the mill Kabinett, enamel destroying acid. A touch of CO2. Underripe melon, lemon flowers, white peach. Living up to the 2015 hype for sure!!!

Loved it on night 1. Was still good on night 2. By the 3rd night, the acidity had receded, the Mosel sweetness was too front and center for me. Probably best drunk early.
