Very nice. Actually seemed ever so slightly closed tonight, but still a delicious Riesling. Paired with Wiener schnitzel that I made for the holiday cookie decorating crew (my wife and her mom). Nice wine.

One of my best Riesling in my Life. Nose of gunflint, chalky, seafood. Very multilayered and a long aftertaste. Riesling HEAVEN!
