Dark ruby/purple color. Aromas of ripe blue and black fruit, forest floor, leather and tobacco. Flavors of cooked black cherry/plum/currant fruit, blueberries, coffee and a bit of milk chocolate. Noticeable vanilla flavor on the slightly oaky finish. Extremely fruit forward and lush. Full bodied with very smooth mouth drying tannins and reasonable acidity levels.
