Reserve De L'Aube Vin de Pays d'Oc Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Simple but interesting wine. Nice change of pace from just a straight forward Chardonnay.

Nice fruity and light

Lemon peel and funky compost nose. Flavors are crisp and tart. Hint of lemonade and a bit of dilute honey. Easy drinking.

Too heavily oaked for my liking. Tastes more like American chardonnay than French and doesn't benefit from the blend.

Oak on the nose , not much fruit. Decent mouthfeel, definitely went through ML. Not too much diacetyl. Still nice acidity.

Palatable. Dry.

Nice crisp drink. No oak.

Smooth, not too tart nor buttery. Very drinkable alone or with cheese, crackers
