Lemon peel and funky compost nose. Flavors are crisp and tart. Hint of lemonade and a bit of dilute honey. Easy drinking.

May 30th, 2017Oak on the nose , not much fruit. Decent mouthfeel, definitely went through ML. Not too much diacetyl. Still nice acidity.
