What am I missing here? This wine is a disappointment. Very mellow & flabby. I'm getting some jammy black fruits and not much else. Expected more from this winery.

2012 is a good vintage - across the board. Such well balanced wines at Pepper Bridge.

Very nice Cabernet. Aromas of cherry cola, vanilla, very ripe dark fruit. Full bodied and velvety with juicy dark fruit with raspberry, cassis, and dark cherry and a hint of spice.
