A really pretty SB and a perfect harmonic convergence of grapes and cheese both grown on site. Grassy and crisp, with a nice pineapple twang on the mid palate that gives the wine depth and added complexity. I love the texture here - it's got weight and presence and just a bit of waxiness to help off set the steely tartness. Delicious.
