At first, minerals and crushed granite on the nose.  Sweet, simple fruit and a little bit syrupy.

With about 6 hours of air it reveals tobacco, stewed figs, jammy red fruit, mint and some beef jerky, filling out to be very expressive. A little too jammy but delivers a lot of pleasure.

Ok first time tango with this beast - had some heat - let it breathe for 2 hours and opening up - not sure I am believer but two other times I had a higher version of their cab Shiraz I liked it - this time I am on the fence - give you this much - it can pack a fruit bomb punch - so got my Wednesday smiles going on

51% cab 49% Shiraz. It's a baby grange made from grape that don't make ultra hard and expensive grange classification and uses same barrels. Very rich stewed fruits and notes of blackberry and raspberry. Smooth and complex with outstanding finish and overall taste.

Surprisingly developed for a youngish 389 - good but not great

Brilliant earth aspects with a bold but fruity finish. Should have let it lay for a few more years.
