Pellet Estate
Pellet Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Beautiful nose of blueberries, blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, cedar, tobacco leaf, light earth, vanilla, spices, espresso, cola, light herbs, chocolates and black pepper.
Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, blackberries, light cedar, earth, licorice, herbs, chocolates, vanilla, coffee, peppercorn and light eucalyptus.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Rich and fruit forward. Nicely balanced, elegant, and very approachable already.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet is showing great complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Another great wine from the difficult 2020 vintage in Napa.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 45 minutes of airtime, when tannins show up.
I had a few vintages of this wine, and it is very consistent. Will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
Interesting by itself as a sipping wine, and will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Aged in (80% new) French Oak barrels for 22 months.
14.7% alcohol by volume.
93 points.
$110.
