The ice wine definitely comes through and complements the underlying sparkling. I had it with an appetizer and I think it's better suited for after the mains -- definitely sweeter than the typical sparkling.

You pick up on the sweetness right away thanks to a small addition of Icewine and it in no way ruins this sparkler, as it just makes it that much better. Stone fruit flavours with fine bubbles. Seek this out! $32.
