Yes it's beer. Barleywine-style ale from a brewery actually on an Oregon Beach. This is the best barleywine in existence, from my experiences. Big Milk chocolate, cardamom, caramel, butterscotch and sweet whiskey notes, asparagus, (slight) green pepper. One of the most stunning beers you will ever experience.
