A truly enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc example if you fancy highly acidic stone and tropical fruit. Which I do. This wine gives you enough to think about without being overly...anything. It is almost swillable but not quite which in my analytic head is a good thing. Bright acid and stones, honeyed kumquats (both the fruit and rind) and some sort of green herb perhaps , and for sure lime. Not quite balanced perfectly but interesting with a medium length finish. Above average. I like.

Lemon, pear, Apple with sweet peaches on the palate. Bright acidity, med-mouthfeel, long finish, and balanced. Great value & everyday white.
