Semi-sweet, light bodied, balanced tannins, pairs well across the meat spectrum (chicken, pork, as well as red meat).

Jun 29th, 2024Dayum. Beautiful translucent ruby in color, this wine is so bright, lively, and fresh. Flavors of red fruits and cherry cola pop from the glass. This is a 50/50 blend of two grapes I seem to be favoring these days, so it's no surprise that I enjoyed this as much as I did. 50% Cinsault, 50% Paìs. 8/24/22.

Dec 5th, 2021Blend of Cinsault and Pais (aka Listan, Mission). Aged in foudres and cement tanks for one year. Very fragrant nose with aromas of pine needles and herbal notes. Light to medium bodied, mostly red fruit on the palate. Elegant.
