Dark ruby color with purple hue. Very aromatic nose of white lily flower, dark berries and a oaky impression even if the wine as not seen a single barrel. On the palate, it is serious without being severe, with flavors of black and red berries, smoke, a noble green (whole cluster), wide on the palate, have depth, it’s long, good acidity, balance and simply delightful. The best Canadian Gamay wine I ever had. Excellent.
Made of 100% Gamay, whole cluster fermentation in cement tank, same for ageing. No sulfur added at all. Total production of 378 cases. Alcohol level of 12,8%

Beaujolaisish as some have pointed out but with an different spin. There's fruit to be sure but some funk, spice, and a long finish. So good.

May 14th, 2020Big words: best red wine PM has ever made. So joyous and energetic! The kind of wine that takes you out of conversation to remark on how delicious the wine tastes at every sip! Light sparkly texture is right up my alley personally. Lovely tart fruit and some forest notes. I would find it hard to grow tired of this wine, could drink a bottle every day.

This is the best, most interesting, most perfectly made Gamay in Ontario, if not the country. It leaps out of the bottle with barnyard, gorgeous, rich fruit. This bottle we opened, and it was still good a month later. I'm not joking. Amazing wine.
