Cuvée Black Ball Riesling

Cool wine. High redox. Very autolytic. Fruit came out day 3. That early pick lemon lime.

Tight, but loads of underlying lemon/lime peel, pink grapefruit and white flowers. It will be a real treat in a few years

Like soaking a lime peel in fino sherry. While not for everyone, this is a tasty, unique expression of Riesling

Delightful.
