Beautiful, floral wine. Blueberry, thyme. Needs age- but is bright and enjoyable now!

Beautiful aromatics - red and blue fruits, but also savory components , green pepper, and something almost methoxypyrazine - like Cab Franc or something. Tart and tight - at 100% whole cluster, this one is going to take a while to unwind in the bottle. I’m guessing this 2018 would be best around 2025 onwards. Really love that there is no discernible oak - this is a be try transparent and honest expression of new world cool-climate syrah.

Evolved a lot on the glass. Aromatic blue and red fruit. Very little oak influence and high acidity. You should should have heard my wife, “oooufff, I really feel it right here!” she points to the back of her cheek and jaw. Lol. So, noticeably tart. Some carbonic, stem inclusion. Bright and brilliant, muddled violet color. Just wish there was a little more oak (for me)

Just blown away by this. Super fresh bright fruits on the nose, nice blend of weight, depth, acid and fruit on the palate. Wish I had more

Needs more years in bottle. Flavors of olive tapenade, blueberry compote, woody herbs, long tannins. Really brawny but will likely mellow over the next few years.

Beautiful nose - bramble, olive, violets, herbs. Texturally rich and creamy which you notice before the fruit - underripe blackberries, and a bitter, fresh flavor that persists in the mid-palette throughout. Day two: hardly changed!
