Deep pink, almost orange. On opening there was a strong emission of nuttiness pouring from the bottle. Bouquet of nutty orange creamsicle, and buttered toast. Notes of salted caramel. Much more rose-esque on the palate. Light. Strawberry. Nice acidity. I don't taste sparkling too often and my knowledge is limited but I enjoyed this. 89
