Now, I’m no fan of Sauvignon Blanc.., so, I was surprised by the balance here with a well honed and long palate leaning more towards honey dew melon and lemon posset rather that over bearing grass and lime. Wax over cork suggestive of some ageing aspiration which I could buy into as well. Would consider buying more.
