"Suerte" Solomon Hills Vineyard Pinot Noir

A new height for Lato, beguiling nose of briar and sour cherry full of stems. Layered and interesting, black tea, strawberry jam. Less acidity than expected but enough for food. Long finish, awesome with Nobu’s best stuff from sashimi to Wagyu.

One word: superlative.

Lay it down or decanter for a couple hours. Nice now, it should be a real treat in 5 years.

Out of Magnum. Serious aging potential..

The heat is gone and the fruit is full and sweet but not overly so. Nice balance of red fruit and acidity. This wine is in the pocket. Pop and pour.

Black fruit, earthy, exotic spice, saline and savory. M acid, long lingering finish. "Tingly" on the front palate. Balanced.
