Leans more toward the ripe style, but acidity balances it out. Black pepper and black cherry dominate, and some roasted plum. Dark chocolate covered strawberries with a sweet yet smoky note here too.

Excellent. Drank in time but could tell it was on the cusp of getting overripe. Nose wasn’t that appealing. Drank light and had depth. Very good. Would get again.
