Ripe as expected from Napa Valley in 2009. This is cocoa and chocolate all over it. Once the steaks came the acidity started to show. Showy and fun.

Tight little Cabernet. It took 1.5 hrs to really open up. Very sweet once it bloomed! It's been sleeping in eurocave for awhile. Outstanding! Paul Hobbs is a champion for Cabernet!!!
