This is a great offering from Paul Hobbs. Starting out surprisingly closed for a 14-year-old wine, this beauty opened up over the following 30 minutes to reveal a great combination of primary and secondary flavors. Might have peaked a year or two ago, but this is a terrific example of a cooler climate cab from Napa. Awesome.
