A blend of juice 90/10 Pinot noir and Chardonnay, this cuvée is 2010 vintage and it spends 3 years on the lees antld this Ida very fresh style of rose with raspberry and strawberry fruit only 7 grams per liter rise petal floral notes. A nice touch of sweetness and a fresh finish. Finish 45+ excellent

Rose and honeysuckle on the nose. Incredibly delicate tasting. Apple and hints of vanilla and sugar plums. Not overly sweet or fizzy. Big fan.
