Les Boucaults Vieilles Vignes Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

2013 vintage.

Crisp and refreshing. Lemon lime acidity with a dry finish. Perfect with oysters.

Light, fresh, refined on the nose with appealing tinge. A wash of fresh grape. Smooth but complex finish. Leaves you wanting more. 2014 Vintage

2015!

Pretty decent though not as subtle as some other Sauvignon Blancs. I felt a pronounced lemon/lime taste that carried for a while.

Well balanced dryness. Nice lime, acid leveled body. Hint of fruity after flavor.

Nectarines.. Aromatic. Balanced acidity. Beach/sweet and sandy. Pungent minerality. -Grand Banks

Follow up a Sancerre Rose with another Sancerre

I'm not a big white wine drinker, but would definitely have this again.
